Goal(s)

The SIE Master program leans on the knowledge triangle Education-Research-Innovation.
It is designed to cover the whole value chain and lifecycle of product and service, from Innovation draft, to Distribution, in an international context. It aims at tackling the key issues that are sustainable manufacturing industry, innovation, and sustainability.
This course is focused on Quality & Process Development domains with the overall scope:

  • To introduce how quality & process development can participate to support:
    o Integrating:
**complex industrial constraints and new technologies
**decisions taken at different levels of management to support agility,
o By this way, how it allows faster development time for:
    **new products and processes,
**better design to manufacturing efficiency and product quality at reduced development costs.
  • Learning Outcomes:
o Understand the key challenges of Manufacturing Science.
o Master the key concepts and challenges linked to:
**process development and design for manufacturing
    **quality methods & tools.
    o Ability to:
**use Quality concepts and tools in an advanced industrial engineering and/or a manufacturing context.
**practice Industrial Engineering as a transversal key resource from design to manufacturing.
