Content(s)

Motor skills (50%) Communication through action (25%) Self-awareness (25%).

The aim of this course is to allow students, through practising physical activities (either individually or in a group), to have a good overall level in sport.

Students must adapt their motor-response to the situation, know their limits, have self-awareness and practise activities safely.

Depending on the composition of the group (homogeneous, heterogeneous, mixed etc...) students must adapt to the different situations, control their body and emotions, control their movement within the group.

The role of competitions is to: create bearings, push limits, determine aims (either in individual sport or team sport), create a joint project (team sport).

This course is divided into three different options: individual sports, team sports and multi-activities.

The variety of options available and the number of teachers on the course guarantees an enriching experience for the students.
