My stay in Sweden was by all means entirely positive. I loved an international environment. I fully appreciated both mixed cultures and culture confrontation. France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Sweden... Habits, mentalities, and work methods are definitely not the same but the effect for the travelling student is always the same: the experience is incredibly enriching!

Sharing a flat with a Swedish student taught me a lot about the “Swedish life style”. I could taste homemade dishes. I also learnt a little Swedish, the basics and some funny phrases. I noted that the Swedes, both male and female, are real sports fans (they practice football, they jog...).
Studying and living in a student hall with all the foreign students allowed me to make friends and to broaden my network through Europe and the world.
