• Know the main Human Resource (HR) processes within an organization, from the HR department to the line managers.
• Develop a personal point of view and critical analysis of the main HR issues in industrial companies at the present time.
Content(s)
Introduction: Context of Human Resource Management (HRM), HR actors and industrial relations.
HR acquisition: needs analysis, recruitment and integration procedures.
HR stimulation: classification, job evaluation, performance appraisal, compensation and benefits.
HR regulation: HR information systems, flexibility, HR anticipation for employment and skills.
Conclusion: HR strategy and corporate strategy.
