To apply for a visa, contact CampusFrance if they have a center in your country. Otherwise, apply directly at the nearest French Consulate or Embassy.
We strongly advise starting the process as soon as possible.
- FEES
- 1 - CVEC (Annual contribution to the student's life)
The €105 CVEC contribution is mandatory for most students and must be paid online before your arrival en France

→ Master SIE1 & SIE2- For European students (European Union, European Enconomic Area, Andorra or Switzerland) and for students from Quebec: €1,484/year
- For non-EU-students €5,171/year
- For European students (European Union, European Enconomic Area, Andorra or Switzerland) and for students from Quebec: €254/year
- For non-EU-students €3,941/year
- SCHOLARSHIPS
- Various scholarships are available, but please be aware that very few are awarded each year. Selection is strictly based on academic excellence.

Graduate School Scholarship - REGISTRATION
- ♦ Registration will be available online starting in July, or in person upon your arrival in France.
Payment is due upon registration: you may pay the tuition in full or in three installments.
Please note that all training fees must be paid in full by December 2026.

You will need:- An international payment card
- Your login "identifiant" (sent by email in July)
- Your CVEC number

Documents required for your administrative registration to be sent by e-mail before August 20;- Your CVEC certificate
- The registration form (available later)
In both cases, once you have registered, you will need to provide us with the following documents:- A certified copy of your birth certificate*
- A certified copy of your diploma or a certificate of completion from your previous academic program*
- A copy of your identity card or passport
- 1 photo for your student card
- Scolarship certificate (if applicable)
- A copy of your English language certificate : minimum B2
* An accredited translator must translate documents (in French or in English) - ACCOMODATION

Grenoble INP-UGA accomodation - FRENCH AS A FOREIGN LANGAGE (FLE)

An intensive week of French as a foreign language will be organized from 24 to 28 August. (not mandatory).
This 20-hour course is divided into five 4-hour morning classes. The courses will take place in person.
