Goals

This technical training seeks to increase competences in establishing and leading sustainability within an industrial organisation. The training will drive leadership understanding, strategic business approaches, enthusiasm and innovation, as well as the consideration of environmental and social aspects as a key towards sustainable development of product, services, and the associated organisations.

1. Sustainability driving Innovation
2. Strategic sustainability management
3. Sustainable business models
4. Integrated Design of Recycling, Reuse, Remanufacturing, Rebuy
5. Value Chain for Sustainability
6. Leadership in sustainability

A pratical exercice will accompany the theoretical training.

M1 Sustainable Design and Management or equivalent
