The objective of this course is to introduce some upto date concepts in supply chain management (SCM) through three case studies. At the end of the class the student will be able to understand and manipulate concepts related to supply and operations planning, procurement planning and control, coordination between SC stakeholders and warehouse management. The student will also strengthen the previously acquired knowledge in the domain of SCM through application of these concepts on the case studies.
This course is organized around three case studies related to supply chain management.
