Goal(s)
• Learn a set of concepts and approaches useful to analyse work and organisational dynamics
• Develop skills for critical reading of scientific texts
• Get familiar with the method of sociological interviews
• Assimilate the contents discussed during the course and be able to mobilise them in the frame of case studies

3. Working together: informal coordination and power relationships
4. Managing: autonomy, self-control and occupational health
5. Deciding: bounded rationality and organisational constraints
6. Negotiating: navigating contradictory demands
7. Producing alternatively: cooperatives, worker recuperated firms and makerspaces

The assessment of the participation to this course will rely on 3 elements:
• oral presentation of an article during the course (20%)
• individual essay based on the realisation of a sociological interview (30%)
• final written exam: case study and questions (50%)
