Goal(s)

• Learn a set of concepts and approaches useful to analyse work and organisational dynamics
• Develop skills for critical reading of scientific texts
• Get familiar with the method of sociological interviews
• Assimilate the contents discussed during the course and be able to mobilise them in the frame of case studies

4. Deciding: bounded rationality and organisational constraints
5. Managing: autonomy, self-control and occupational health

7. Producing alternatively: cooperatives, worker recuperated firms and makerspaces

Test

The assessment of the participation to this course will rely on 3 elements, representing 1/3 of the final mark each:
• oral presentation of an article during the course
• individual essay based on the realisation of a sociological interview
• final written exam: case study

L'évaluation de la participation à ce cours reposera sur 3 éléments, représentant chacun 1/3 de la note finale :

  • présentation orale d'un article pendant le cours
  • essai individuel basé sur la réalisation d'un entretien sociologique
  • examen final écrit : étude de cas
