Goal(s)
Context: analyse inter-firm cooperation from a management and economic point of view plus analyse how the companies are designed.
At the end of the course, students should be able to:
• Analyse the advantages and risks of a strategic inter-firm cooperation
• Develop Supply Chain Management and a Supply Network Strategy
Content(s)
• Firm network and network of firms
• Identification, scope and limits of inter-firm cooperation concerning multi-disciplinary approaches (management, sociology, economy)
• Develop and control an inter-firm cooperation
• Selecting partners
• Characteristics of a contractual agreement
• Supply Network Strategy
• Case Study
• Conference given by industrialists (Supply Chain Manager)
No prerequisites in particular.
- Continuous assessment based on a study project with two deliverables and an oral presentation (50%)
The continuous assessment score may be individualized according to participation in group work and attendance. Each absence will result in a penalty of 2 points on the continuous assessment grade. - Final exam (50%)
1ère session :
Livrables du projet de groupe, soutenance, assiduité (P) : 50% de la note finale
Examen (E) : 50% de la note finale
2ème session :
Examen de rattrapage (ER) écrit : 100%
N1 = Note session 1 = 0.5 P + 0.5 E
N2 = Note session 2 = ER
