Environmental challenges require to rethink our industrial approaches to limiting the impact on future generations. The Sustainable Industrial Engineering program aims to provide cutting-edge knowledge on the themes of industrial organization, modeling and simulation of production systems by adopting an interdisciplinary approach combining social sciences and engineering. This program is a unique opportunity to work in a multi-cultural context with motivated teams to discover the latest developments in advanced industrial engineering.
This English-speaking program offers students the choose between a research focus that facilitates access to a doctoral curriculum or an industrial orientation allowing access to industry at the end of the Master’s.

Master 1 SIE:
This Master's program is meant to train professional experts in Sustainable Industrial Engineering, able to deploy skills in a global industrial environment and face the future challenges of the transitions (ecological, digital, societal).
Through this program we aim to provide students with tools to contribute to a more sustainable industry with a strong emphasis on handling of complexity of human centric organizations.
Master 2 SIE:
The programme investigates the key domains that will give the students tools to deal with these challenges and provides a systemic and interdisciplinary understanding of the situation. Major topics are sustainable supply chain management, data analytics, operational excellence, socio-economic aspects of sustainability for industry 4.0, sustainable design, innovation, advanced manufacturing.
Graduate School:
Admission to the first year of the SIE programme grants access to the FuturProd programme of excellence. This Graduate School is aimed at high-potential international students wishing to pursue a research-oriented curriculum leading to a PhD. The two-year programme offers merit-based scholarships and provides special courses. Admission is selective, and students admitted to the Graduate School will be required to complete the FuturProd thematic modules alongside the compulsory modules of the SIE Master’s programme.
