• Expand students capacities in know-how and how to transfer this know-how (management skills in professional training).
• More in-depth study on the following topics: listening, managing a group, making decisions, criticising, finding solutions.
• Carry out projects.
• Learn how to evaluate oneself as a participant in a specific situation.
• Learn how to use group motivation efficiently.

Content(s)


• Human Relations and Behavioural Approach (SFRC - "Savoirs Faire Relationnels et Comportementaux" in French), develops communication with others in a professional situation.
• Managing sessions or a number of activities, assessment, auto-evaluation, improve areas of weakness in a following session...
• The role of competition is to optimise how the group functions and performs whilst bearing in mind the main objective.
• This course is divided into three different options: individual sports, team sports and multi-activities.
• The course is a professional training course which allows students to put into practice knowledge already acquired.

Prerequisites


Students must have already practised the sport he/she has chosen for at least two semesters.

Method and language used:

• Research approach where students aim for specific objectives depending on his/her self-awareness and understanding of the group.

• Questioning then provides a means for using know-how, methods and/or techniques/tools related to leadership.

• Language: French

Test


Assessment takes place over at least two sessions and an assessment report must be written.
