- Apply industrial supply chain management tools on the tactical and operationnal level

Content :
- Supply Chain Management
* Describe and use the SCOR Model
* Describe and analyse the bullwhip effect
* Apply the Distribution Resource Planning method on a multi-level supply-chain
* Describe the main ERP features for supply chain management
* Describe the 9R components for circular supply chain - Inventory management
* Realise a SKU classification (ABC, XYZ,...) for a large number of items
* Describe and choose classical inventory policies (Economic Order Quantity, Reorder Point, Periodic review)
* Calculate the parameters for these policies
* Describe and evaluate the costs of inventory management - Sales and operation planning (S&OP)
* Describe the different phases of an S&OP process
* Describe and apply the pure level and pure chase aggregate planning strategies
* Describe and realise an S&OP meeting with multiples actors - Forecasting and demand review
* Define and calculate the trend and seasonality components for a time series for additive and multiplicative models. Evaluate the random component.
* Calculate the forecast accuracy
