  • Supply Chain Management
    * Describe and use the SCOR Model
    * Describe and analyse the bullwhip effect
    * Apply the Distribution Resource Planning method on a multi-level supply-chain
    * Describe the main ERP features for supply chain management
    * Describe the 9R components for circular supply chain
  • Inventory management
    * Realise a SKU classification (ABC, XYZ,...) for a large number of items
    * Describe and choose classical inventory policies (Economic Order Quantity, Reorder Point, Periodic review)
    * Calculate the parameters for these policies
    * Describe and evaluate the costs of inventory management
  • Sales and operation planning (S&OP)
    * Describe the different phases of an S&OP process
    * Describe and apply the pure level and pure chase aggregate planning strategies
    * Describe and realise an S&OP meeting with multiples actors
  • Forecasting and demand review
    * Define and calculate the trend and seasonality components for a time series for additive and multiplicative models. Evaluate the random component.
    * Calculate the forecast accuracy

Session 1: 2 individual exams (E) and group works (G)
Session 2: Individual exam (ER)

E1 et E2 : Examen individuel
G : Moyenne des rendus de groupes
ER : Examen individuel de rattrapage

Si E1 + E2 >= 16, alors N1 = 0.3 * E1 + 0.3 * E2 + 0.4 * G
Sinon N1 = (E1+E2)/2
