The industrial feedback pedagogical activity is a central element in the learning system for the apprentice.
This pedagogical activity enable to do the parallel between academic training and the industrial world.
The training is articulated with 5 to 8 weeks in company alternating with periods of the same length in the school. The duration of the periods increases gradually throughout the course.
The main objective of the REX is to take advantage of the periods in company to discover or deepen a theme seen in formation, and to see its industrial application.
Upon returning to school the first supervised session on Monday morning is a session of "REX accueil".
This session consists of a report of astonishment and / or a step back over the period in business that has just elapsed.
For each period in the company a theme is identified.
During the period in the company, the apprentice collects data, conducts interviews, builds experience and summarizes these elements in a feedback report.
During the next academic period, debriefing and group deepening are carried out. In these supervised sessions, comparisons of the learning grounds are made.
