• Develop a personal point of view and critical analysis of the main HR issues in industrial companies at the present time.

Introduction: Context of Human Resource Management (HRM), HR actors and industrial relations.

HR acquisition: needs analysis, recruitment and integration procedures.

HR stimulation: classification, job evaluation, performance appraisal, compensation and benefits.

HR regulation: HR information systems, flexibility, HR anticipation for employment and skills.

Conclusion: HR strategy and corporate strategy.

Test

  • Individual written exam and collective case study.

60% test individuel sans document : une partie QCM pour vérifier les connaissances de base, une partie question de réflexion pour évaluer la posture critique.
40% travail collectif en contrôle continu : en équipe, choisir une entreprise et analyser son système de GRH.
