Goal(s)
The MAP (Motivation and Action Plan) aims to support students in adopting a reflective approach throughout their academic journey. Its goal is to promote greater self-awareness by recognizing the full range of their experiences, whether academic or extracurricular (such as student involvement, sports, cultural activities, etc.). This process also helps students clarify their professional aspirations, both for securing their first job and for building a long-term career plan.
The approach is based on the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result), which helps students analyze and structure their experiences clearly and effectively. This method provides a concrete way to highlight the skills developed throughout their journey.
The MAP also incorporates the four key competencies of the Management and Engineering curriculum:
Analyze an industrial situation
Develop innovative and sustainable solutions
Select a solution
Implement the solution – Manage the activity
This comprehensive approach enables students to build a coherent profile aligned with their professional goals and the expectations of the socio-economic world.

- Writing CVs in English and French
- Deliverable on the establishment of the professional network
- Report of the interview with the engineer during the operator internship

The evaluation will be made on the deliverables validation basis

- Rédaction de CV en anglais et en français
- Entretien professionnel
- Compte rendu de l'interview de l'ingénieur lors du stage opérateur
Pas d'examen hormis l'entretien professionnel - Les travaux sont à réaliser individuellement à distance et à déposer sur la plate-forme requise à la date due, pour évaluation et validation.
S'ils sont fournis en retard, incomplets, ou s'ils ne sont pas fournis, ils feront l'objet d'une dette à combler l'année suivante. La correction des travaux fournis en retard se fera donc l'année suivante avec ceux de la promotion suivante.
