Goal(s)
• Identify and analyse production activity and working organisation from your company.
- To gain knowledge and methodology in order to show how complex the working organisations are.
- To analyse the true organisation (and not the organisation as described on paper) and seize the importance of social regulations in the production activity.
- To address issues such as workplace safety and work ergonomics.

Before coming in your company:
- Sociology courses in order to understand work activity : to make a sociotechnical system; to understand strategic plays between stakeholders, development of professional identity,collective action and negotiation.
• Survey methodology in Sociology and Ergonomic (observations and interview)
Once in your company:

Analyse work organisation
• Ergonomics teaching on work activity focused on "tasks and activities" notions, individual and collective regulation and work safety.
